Specification of Goods
All sizes are approximate and are given as a general guidance only. Colours, shades,
materials and sizes of goods may vary to a minor extent from those illustrated.
All goods are subject to availability.

Garment sizes
The Manufacturers size guidelines for our garments are approximate
and therefore not exact.

Delivery
Delivery can take approximately 7 working days.
Worldwide delivery.

If Royal mail fail to deliver your item/s you must wait 15 days until
a replacement can be sent.

RENE HATS
These hats are 'made to order'
Please make sure you choose the correct
size as we do not except returns if they don't fit.

Postage & Packing
P&P is included in the price of each.

Postage discounts can be given on multiple orders

Returns
Faulty goods must be returned within 14 days of supply
and acceptance back will be subject to our discretion.

All garments are made to order. Please make sure you choose the correct
size garment as we do not except returns for t-shirts that don't fit.

Refunds
We do not refund garments that don't fit,
only items that are faulty.
